Terms and Conditions for p56 ph Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the p56 ph platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using p56 ph immediately. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any terms in force at the time of use.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and p56 ph for all activities on the platform — including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonuses, and sports betting. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or products and will be communicated to you at the relevant time.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on p56 ph, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are located in the Philippines and online gaming is legally permitted in your area.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not currently self-excluded from p56 ph or under any cooling-off restriction.
• You have not previously had an account closed by p56 ph for a breach of these terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of p56 ph.

p56 ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended and any funds subject to review in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on p56 ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account details up to date. Outdated information can delay withdrawal processing.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account access with any other person.
• Notify p56 ph immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account verification — which may include providing a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — is required before withdrawals can be processed. p56 ph may request verification at any time in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at p56 ph are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are your own and have been obtained legally.
• You are not using a payment method belonging to another person.
• You understand that deposits are subject to anti-money laundering verification if thresholds are reached.

p56 ph does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges — please check with your payment provider. Transaction processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer.

Deposits made in error or deposited using fraudulent payment methods may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at p56 ph are processed in Philippine Pesos to your verified payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name.
• If a deposit was made by a specific method, we may require an equivalent withdrawal to be made to the same method first.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the relevant funds can be withdrawn.
• p56 ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, p56 ph offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other special offers to players. These are designed to enhance your gaming experience but come with specific terms that must be met.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions at p56 ph:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) that must be completed before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account after expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completing wagering requirements.
• p56 ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will be forfeited and the accounts closed.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games on p56 ph are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, through real-time streams with professionally trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the player or by p56 ph.

Each game on the platform has its own set of rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and betting limits. These are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during gameplay — p56 ph will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. Where a bet cannot be definitively determined to have been won or lost, it may be voided and the stake returned. p56 ph's decision in such disputes is final.

08 Sports Betting

Sports betting on p56 ph is governed by the general terms in this document as well as additional sports betting rules specific to individual markets. By placing a sports bet, you confirm your acceptance of both.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after they have been accepted by p56 ph, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned before completion, settlement rules specific to the market type will apply.
• p56 ph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where obvious pricing errors have occurred.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the same general rules above. p56 ph may suspend live betting markets temporarily during significant moments in a match — such as during VAR reviews or timeout reviews — to ensure accurate odds pricing.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p56 ph and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games, including chip dumping in card games.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the benefit of a third party (acting as a payment intermediary).
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity for deposits.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform while on a self-exclusion list or during a cooling-off period.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward p56 ph staff or other players.

p56 ph actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the platform reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and share information with relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where reasonable security measures were in place.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind relating to platform use.

Nothing in these terms limits p56 ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

13 Changes to Terms

p56 ph reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or via a notice on the platform.
